A case of chicken is 10 whole birds, a combination of larges and mall and will equal 45-50 lbs of meat. 

If you would like any birds that are cut in quarters please include a note in your order.

Below you will select your month or months you would like your case of chickens. We have batches of 300 pasture raised birds going to our USDA inspected processor each month of the summer. 

Birds will be frozen and stored in our IDALS licensed warehouse until pick up or delivery. 

July chickens go to the processor on July 21 and will be available the following Monday.
