Our stew hens have lived their entire lives free-ranging, foraging on grass and eating high quality grains. These birds have beautiful yellow fat + packed with vitamins and minerals. 

Since stew hens are older birds they are best used for broth! They make the perfect, nutrient dense chicken noodle soup!
